Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Power BI Developer to join our data and analytics team. This role is open to candidates across all experience levels-from entry-level professionals to experienced developers. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards that support informed decision-making across the organization., * Develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders to deliver tailored BI solutions
- Model, transform, and optimize datasets using Power Query, DAX, and data modeling best practices
- Maintain and improve existing Power BI solutions and ensure data accuracy and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Analysts, and business users
- Ensure dashboards align with business goals, data governance standards, and UX principles
- Troubleshoot data issues, performance bottlenecks, and report inconsistencies
- Support adoption of BI tools and contribute to overall analytics maturity
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Hands-on experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, DAX, Power Query)
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with large datasets
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Good understanding of data visualization best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with Azure services (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.)
- Knowledge of ETL processes or data integration tools
- Exposure to Python, R, or other analytics languages
- Familiarity with Power BI administration and workspace management
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
- Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Pay: £30,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
