Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
- Perform deep-dive analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders across business functions.
- Gather requirements, translate business questions into analytical outputs, and create clear visual stories.
- Work with data engineers to refine, validate, and optimize data models and datasets.
- Build and maintain data models, KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop automated reporting solutions and improve existing BI processes.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with product, finance, operations, and strategy teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Present insights clearly to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
- (For senior candidates) Lead BI initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and drive BI roadmap enhancements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Work Eligibility: Must have valid right to work in the UK, * 3-12 years of experience in BI, data analytics, reporting, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data.
- Solid understanding of data modelling, star/snowflake schemas, and relational databases.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Experience delivering BI solutions end-to-end: requirement gathering * modelling * dashboards/insights.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- (For senior applicants) Experience influencing business decisions, owning BI workflows, or acting as a subject-matter expert.
