Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders across business functions.
  • Gather requirements, translate business questions into analytical outputs, and create clear visual stories.
  • Work with data engineers to refine, validate, and optimize data models and datasets.
  • Build and maintain data models, KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Develop automated reporting solutions and improve existing BI processes.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, operations, and strategy teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Present insights clearly to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • (For senior candidates) Lead BI initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and drive BI roadmap enhancements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Work Eligibility: Must have valid right to work in the UK, * 3-12 years of experience in BI, data analytics, reporting, or similar roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, star/snowflake schemas, and relational databases.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience delivering BI solutions end-to-end: requirement gathering * modelling * dashboards/insights.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
  • (For senior applicants) Experience influencing business decisions, owning BI workflows, or acting as a subject-matter expert.

Pay: £38,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
