SAP Business & Process Expert

Our client is part of a globally leading company in the field of food and feed safety, with a focus on natural feed additives and food analysis. The site in Lower Austria (Getzersdorf) plays a central role in the global network for feed additives and sustainable animal health solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting ERP and logistics issues in global SAP systems
• Resolving technical quality and customs-related issues in the SAP environment
• Monitoring IDOCs and interfaces to ensure smooth transaction flows
• Maintaining and validating critical logistics-related master data
• Analyzing recurring system or data issues and developing sustainable solutions
• Using reporting tools to harmonize and optimize processes and systems
• Documenting support cases and contributing to training materials
• Supporting users with SAP and ARIBA-related queries
• Aligning system processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Supporting ERP testing, go-lives, system transitions, and post-go-live stabilization

Qualifications:

• Minimum of secondary school diploma (Matura) and solid professional experience in logistics, business administration, or IT
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP in the modules SD, MM, and LE
• Proven ability to monitor and resolve IDOC/interface issues in ERP systems
• Strong skills in supporting transactional processes and maintaining master data
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
• Structured, solution-oriented work style and the ability to work independently in global teams
