Job description
- You help our national and international clients define their future corporate strategy
- You carefully analyze market and customer needs, their internal processes and structures, and derive new digital business models and products
- You identify potential areas for improvement within our clients' companies
- You support digital projects within an interdisciplinary project team from concept phase through design to implementation in close collaboration with client teams and external partners
- You promote exchange between different stakeholder groups and ensure that requirements are well documented, understood, and implemented correctly and timely according to the concept
- You participate in sales promotion activities and client acquisition
- You also take on supporting tasks in internal processes, e.g., recruiting or marketing
Requirements
- Master's degree in IT, science, or business; 5 years of experience.
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills., * You have an excellent master's degree, preferably in computer science, a scientific discipline, or business
- You have already gained 5 years of work experience in the digital environment, ideally in a top-tier strategy or IT consulting firm
- You can communicate with stakeholders from business and IT on equal footing
- You have relevant experience dealing with strategic, digital, or technology-oriented issues
- You value close contact and collaboration with clients and know how to communicate efficiently and clearly at all levels
- You are able to lead by example and motivate your team
