Senior Consultant - Digital Technology

• You help our national and international clients define their future corporate strategy
• You carefully analyze market and customer needs, their internal processes and structures, and derive new digital business models and products
• You identify potential areas for improvement within our clients' companies
• You support digital projects within an interdisciplinary project team from concept phase through design to implementation in close collaboration with client teams and external partners
• You promote exchange between different stakeholder groups and ensure that requirements are well documented, understood, and implemented correctly and timely according to the concept
• You participate in sales promotion activities and client acquisition
• You also take on supporting tasks in internal processes, e.g., recruiting or marketing

• Master's degree in IT, science, or business; 5 years of experience.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills., * You have an excellent master's degree, preferably in computer science, a scientific discipline, or business
• You have already gained 5 years of work experience in the digital environment, ideally in a top-tier strategy or IT consulting firm
• You can communicate with stakeholders from business and IT on equal footing
• You have relevant experience dealing with strategic, digital, or technology-oriented issues
• You value close contact and collaboration with clients and know how to communicate efficiently and clearly at all levels
• You are able to lead by example and motivate your team
