Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users onsite.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Support Windows OS, Office 365, and commonly used business applications.
  • Maintain incident logs, documentation, and follow internal SLA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with remote teams when needed.
  • Travel occasionally to Eindhoven for onsite support.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Desktop Engineer to join our team in Almelo. The ideal candidate has proven experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a dynamic environment. This role requires a strong customer-focused mindset, technical problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently onsite. Occasional travel to Eindhoven is required., * 3+ years of experience in 1st/2nd line desktop support.

  • Fluent Dutch (mandatory).
  • Residing within 40 miles (approx. 65 km) of Almelo.
  • Own car preferred, unless living within 10 miles (approx. 16 km).
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
