Job description
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and assist in the deployment of new technology solutions within a large enterprise environment. The role involves resolving escalated IT incidents, performing hardware and software maintenance, and supporting business projects across on-site operations., * Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Provide timely support for incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs and effective issue resolution.
- Manage device rollouts, imaging, and upgrades using SCCM or Intune.
- Support audio-visual setups and user training as required.
- Perform network patching, cabling, and assist with server room maintenance.
- Maintain accurate asset records and update incident management systems such as ServiceNow.
- Support office moves and setup of desktop environments for users.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365 (including OneDrive), and remote support tools.
- Proficiency with SCCM/Intune, PXE Boot, and imaging processes.
- Good understanding of networking, patching, and cabling.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in deskside IT support within a corporate environment.
