Job description
This contractor traditionally specialises in housing association frameworks, health care, education and leisure new build and refurbishment developments. The role of Document Controller is a permanent requirement with further works in the area and based out of their head office in Hampshire., * Responsible for overseeing all project documentation and ensuring it is stored correctly in line with company protocol.
- Assist both client and stakeholders with relevant systems training when required.
- Continuous maintenance and management to systems throughout the duration of the project
Requirements
- Previous experience using View Point, Procore and other Microsoft packages is fundamental.
- Relevant industry experience working on large scale projects within the construction sector.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
