Job description
We are seeking a proactive PSO Scheduler to join our Alarm Aftercare Desk Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient workforce scheduling, optimal resource allocation, and excellent service delivery using Planning & Scheduling Optimisation tools (FSM & PSO).
You will be responsible for balancing customer commitments, SLAs, and operational efficiency, while supporting both field engineers and desk teams to deliver outstanding service., * Monitor service delivery, track job progress, and dynamically reschedule when required.
- Collaborate closely with field operations managers, field team leaders, customer service teams, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide insights into task behaviours and performance of field teams.
- Analyse scheduling data and KPI metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IFS FSM and PSO systems (or similar scheduling optimisation tools).
- Proficiency in MS Office and FSM software platforms.
- Experience in workforce management, dispatch, or service operations is advantageous
