ALPRO SAP Manager

• Lead a team of dedicated SAP experts, with proven track on support and project delivery in challenging ERP landscape.
• Own the SAP project roadmap for Alpro, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global IT strategy.
• Work closely with a PMO team to oversee project delivery, governance, and reporting.
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency and timely execution of projects.
• Oversee SAP audits and compliance activities, safeguarding system integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Ensure proper SAP Authorizations management, including role design, access controls, and compliance with Danone security standards.
• Drive harmonization and transformation initiatives, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders.
• Manage key stakeholders, including Factory Leadership (Operations, Supply Chain, OT) and DBS Leadership, ensuring alignment, engagement, and effective communication throughout projects and operations.
• Ensure day-to-day operational stability of SAP ECC and related applications, including governance, risk, and compliance (SAP GRC), integration (SAP PI), and reporting (SAP BW).
• Prepare for strategic transitions, including S/4HANA roadmap and integration with global platforms.
• Manage internal/external partners and service providers for hosting (AWS/Kyndryl) and application support, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to data integrity and security, leveraging analytics for performance insights and decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and empower team members to achieve individual development goals and drive professional growth through guidance and support.

You will report to the Head of IT & Data OPS Benelux and work as part of the IT & Data Benelux Leadership Team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Europe.

Do you have experience in SAP Supply Chain Management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, We are looking for a seasoned SAP operations leader with:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP operations within manufacturing or supply chain environments, ideally in a global organization.
• Proven expertise in SAP ECC (Manufacturing, Quality, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, Planning) connected with interfaced applications (MES, Customs, EDI). Experience with SAP GRC, PI, BW is a must have.
• Strong project and change management skills, with experience in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and service management principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including business partnering on various organizational levels. capable of influencing at multiple levels.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating uncertainty and promote innovation.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budget intensive OPEX/CAPEX streams and build strategic vendor relationships Experience managing multi-million OPEX/CAPEX budgets and vendor relationships.
• Home base: Wevelgem, Belgium, with flexibility to travel across Benelux.
