We are looking for an IT Support Specialist. The person will be responsible for completing a pre-defined checklist, performing basic IT support activities, and returning documentation in the required format.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * Basic IT support experience (hardware, peripherals, connectivity checks).
- Comfortable working with Excel-based checklists and reporting.
General Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and SOW accurately.
- Good communication skills (English preferred).
