Job description
We are looking for an IT Support Technician. The technician will be responsible for completing a pre-defined checklist, performing basic IT support activities, and returning documentation in the required format.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, * Basic IT support experience (hardware, peripherals, connectivity checks).
- Comfortable working with Excel-based checklists and reporting.
