BI Analyst

As the BI Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Clean up, govern, and optimise all Looker models (LookML).
• Improve dashboard performance, usability, and adoption.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Insights, Finance, and Operations to build self-service dashboards and empower teams to manage reporting independently.
• Build 1-2 new dashboards, with a strong focus on creating scalable, reusable components.
• Reduce ambiguity in reporting by establishing consistent definitions and data standards.
• Ensure best-practice, scalable LookML development across the business.
• Improve governance, consistency, and reporting standards across all analytics outputs.
• Work proactively and independently - driving alignment with stakeholders and managing your own workload.

Required:

• Strong experience with Looker and LookML.
• Solid SQL skills.
• Experience optimising and governing complex data models.
• Ability to create scalable, self-service dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across engineering, insights, finance, and operations.
• Independent, proactive working style.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Databricks
• Python exposure
