Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Are you passionate about the role technology can play in transforming public sector organisations with experience in matching this to business needs? Flintshire County Council is planning its move to SharePoint online and as a result are looking to expand key areas within the IT and Information Governance Teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated IT Business Partner to join a small but highly effective and well-respected team committed to delivering excellent services to the Council and its customers.

We're looking for a forward-thinking, dynamic and experienced IT professional to lead and manage the council's strategic transition to SharePoint Online. This high-impact role will involve managing a complex, organisation-wide project to modernise our information and collaboration platforms, ensuring alignment with the Council's Digital and Information and Data Management strategies as well as its wider digital transformation goals.

You will be a part of the primary customer facing team within IT Services, focusing on business relationship management and will work collaboratively to ensure we continue to provide customer focused services which play a pivotal role in delivering, supporting and helping develop Council strategies.

Using your skills and experience in project and delivery management, business analysis, and process re-engineering, with a strong understanding of the Microsoft stack, ITIL standards and supplier management, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver SharePoint online creating innovative, efficient, and user-focused solutions, while managing resources and timelines using recognised methodologies.
