Job description
The Data & AI Manager acts as a thought leader in digital transformation across solution areas to advise customers. Helps the team create vision for the customers and develop plans to drive sales.
The Data and AI team acts as trusted advisors and subject matter experts with core capability and expertise in AI, Analytics and Data Modernization. We work with customers to leverage data to help them achieve their business priorities and help guide customers' journey through Analytics-led Azure Data transformation.
We also support customers in evaluating their applications and business requirements, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, and demonstrate these solutions to win the technical decision.
- People
- You will work with C-level executives, senior management, solution architects and IT managers to manage the Microsoft platform and capabilities.
- You are the linking pin between the Client and Development teams, and, based on your experience, you can take the delivery lead role and be responsible for the project management in our projects.
- Agility to react and respond to new business priorities, market conditions and customer opportunities with rapidly deployable solutions.
- Processes
- Part of your remit is to improve processes and programs so that our client can work more effectively and efficiently. You will strive to make the processes repeatable, scalable, and cost saving.
- Solve problems with powerful solutions only possible with the Microsoft Cloud enabling interoperable solutions across multiple lines of business.
- Technology
- You will deliver more impact in less time by quickly deploying solutions, or augmenting existing ones, to enable our ISV and Platform customers to accelerate business results and improve time to value.
- Take a data-first approach with unified data that leverages Microsoft AI to deliver insights & actions that help create better customer experiences.

Requirements
- Microsoft experience: Be tech savy
- +5 years in advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure and cloud solutions.
- Prioritize and Manage: Able to adapt
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a high-pressure environment and instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Creative and innovative: Two-steps-ahead
- Strategic and problem-solving mindset with developed analytical abilities and organizational skills.
- Communication: To tell the story and interact
- Exceptional verbal communication and technical writing skills with an ability to effectively interact with and convey information to people who possess varying levels of understanding on applicable topics.
- Clientfacing: Representative with the people you work with
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively identify and develop solutions for business needs.
- Leadership: Stepping to the front and taking responsibility
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and achieve results through the efforts of others.

- Communication: Multilingualism
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is preferred.
- Any code languages as Python, C#, JavaScript etc.
