This role involves tracking expenditures, facilitating payment processes, overseeing asset creation, and resolving invoice disputes., * Manage and track capital appropriation requests to ensure timely approvals and accurate records.

• Monitor actual expenditures against projections to support effective budget control.
• Pursue outstanding payments and ensure timely financial settlements.
• Oversee the creation of new assets for financial reporting and operational tracking.
• Facilitate the capitalization of assets in line with company policies and accounting standards.
• Resolve invoice disputes by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, transactions, and correspondence.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve processes and address issues efficiently.

• Experience in finance, accounting, asset management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP-accounting systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
