Job description
- Lead architectural design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and wider multi cloud environments.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and well governed Salesforce solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks covering standards, design assurance, release cycles and change control.
- Drive the creation and maturity of a Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
- Tackle legacy technical debt and support data deduplication, data quality improvements and long term stability.
- Provide architectural leadership across configuration, custom development, integrations and data modelling.
- Conduct technical design reviews, impact assessments and ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps.
- Work collaboratively with product owners, analysts, developers, partners and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in large scale or global environments.
- Strong hands on knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Deep understanding of platform architecture, data modelling, security and automation.
- Experience addressing legacy debt, data deduplication and platform stabilisation.
- Strong grasp of API integrations, middleware and multi system architectures.
- Background in establishing or contributing to a Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
- Experience embedding governance, standards and quality assurance.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect or similar are highly desirable.
