Salesforce Solution Architect

• Lead architectural design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and wider multi cloud environments.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and well governed Salesforce solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks covering standards, design assurance, release cycles and change control.
• Drive the creation and maturity of a Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
• Tackle legacy technical debt and support data deduplication, data quality improvements and long term stability.
• Provide architectural leadership across configuration, custom development, integrations and data modelling.
• Conduct technical design reviews, impact assessments and ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps.
• Work collaboratively with product owners, analysts, developers, partners and senior stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in large scale or global environments.
• Strong hands on knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of platform architecture, data modelling, security and automation.
• Experience addressing legacy debt, data deduplication and platform stabilisation.
• Strong grasp of API integrations, middleware and multi system architectures.
• Background in establishing or contributing to a Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
• Experience embedding governance, standards and quality assurance.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect or similar are highly desirable.
