We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Public Sector Solutions (PSS) to join a high-impact digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape enterprise-level CRM strategy, lead multi-cloud architectural design, and drive innovation within a leading UK public sector organisation., * As the Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:

• Act as a trusted digital transformation advisor for the customer
• Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud solutioning
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and delivery teams to shape solution detail
• Review design and infrastructure blueprints, identifying risks and improvements
• Support innovation workshops and thought leadership within Public Sector / Energy & Utilities
• Stay updated on Salesforce, PSS, and industry trends to influence strategy

• Extensive Salesforce Solution Architect experience
• Hands-on Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience
• 12+ years CRM experience
• Experience within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domains
• Strong understanding of business process optimisation & cross-system integration, * Strong background in CRM and enterprise solution design
• Deep understanding of PSS Cloud (mandatory)
• Knowledge of GDS frameworks (advantageous)
