Job description
This is an interesting and varied, customer centric role, working with the Project Manager, assisting with quotations and blended with other customer service functions, including liaising with customers regarding shipping of orders, managing and sending samples and quotations, liaising directly with an array of global business clients., * Processing sales orders
- Check and acknowledge customer orders
- Responding to client enquiries
- Assisting the Project Manager with goods being exported
- Liaise with carriers with regards to customs clearance for goods
- Raise order confirmation to client.
- Sending out samples
- Liaising with business locations worldwide.
- Updating and advising the client/ representatives with schedule deliveries to site and installation dates.
Requirements
They are known for attention to detail, commitment to quality, their furniture is design, specified and manufactured for the longevity of life and ease of maintenance., Required candidates need to have worked within a similar administration support role have excellent customer service and within a B2B environment skills.
Have a good working knowledge of Excel as well as Word
