Job description

As the 1st Line Support Technician, you will work on a variety of projects with a small team allows team members to get involved and make a real difference in the company., * Capturing, managing and completing IT support tickets

  • Answering phone and providing support (can be remote desktop support)
  • Research/Quoting/Ordering of IT equipment
  • Updating and maintenance of IT equipment and networks
  • Drop-off/Pick-up of equipment and supplies for multiple-departments
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Hardware maintenance & upgrades
  • Managing user accounts across various systems
  • QA Testing of new systems

Requirements

They are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate person to join their Digital team as a 1st Line Support Technician., * Good communication skills; both verbal and written

  • Extremely organised
  • Experience in Windows & Mac OS
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux is preferable
  • Ability to research problems independently and offer solutions
  • Clean driving licence, * IT Helpdesk
  • IT Technician
  • 1st line Support
