Job description
As a L1 Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to all users for hardware and software managed by the IT department.
Your duties will include:
- Providing frontline assistance and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing, configuring, and deploying IT equipment (PCs, peripherals, etc.).
- Coordinating and/or performing hands-on repairs and replacements of PC components.
- Installing and updating software, configuring hardware, systems, and applications.
- Logging and managing incidents, service requests, and problems using ServiceNow, following ITIL standards.
- Escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and general PC troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, request management).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Fluent in German (required) and able to communicate in English.
