- Ensure applications remain available, up to date, and functioning properly.
- Monitor application performance and resolve incidents (incident management).
- Implement upgrades, patches, and improvements for security and functionality.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Act as a key link between the IT department and end-users.
- Analyze organizational needs and translate them into IT solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on application capabilities and limitations.
Requirements
As an Application Manager at Atos, you ensure the effective operation, management, and optimization of software applications across our organization. This versatile role blends technical expertise with excellent organizational and communication skills. You act as the bridge between IT and end-users, playing a crucial role in guaranteeing the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of our applications., * A completed bachelor's or master's degree in IT.

Experience with stakeholder management.

Strong project management skills for implementation or migration projects.

Excellent organizational skills and efficiency.

In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience in budget preparation and management.

Knowledge of application quality assurance and experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

A strong mix of technical expertise, communication skills, and organizational insight.

Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

One of the following certifications:
- ITIL
- Prince2
- SAFe
