Application Support Specialist

Our dedicated cloud centers enable end-to-end cloud services, empowering innovation, optimizing performance, and ensuring security., * Participate in a weekday Rota (08 00-18 00) to monitor ServiceNow for new incidents.

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for application issues, including functionality errors, data discrepancies, integration failures, and performance problems, meeting SLA targets.
• Respond to user queries and guide on application usage.
• Develop and implement fixes; perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Support disaster recovery testing.
• Act as SME for the application, assisting with new initiatives and enhancements.
• Manage handover of new or updated functionality from Development to ensure effective client communication.

• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
• Experience with MVC, .NET Core.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, including SQL scripting.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Function Apps, and Monitor/App Insights, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.

Skills We'd Like

• Knowledge of GitHub
• Familiarity with YAML pipelines, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep
• Knowledge of Selenium
• Experience of .NET Blazor
