Be part of the consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies.

Coordinate small agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area.

Lead complex business analyses, define functional requirements, design solutions, and mentor less experienced team members.

Act as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as required by the project.

Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.

Act as a Scrum Master with the option to grow into an Agile Coach role.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector insurance, in an international environment. MANDATORY

Understanding of how insurance companies or banks operate, with familiarity with their key processes and business models.

Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and execution of IT implementations.

Creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems.

Ability to ensure the quality of team deliverables by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills.
-
Experience in team management and accountability for team results.

Ability to work in Spain and the European Union full-time.

University degree (preferably in business, technology, or a related field).

Very high level of English and Spanish.

Willing to travel to the client's site (Madrid) for up to 50% of working time (All transportation, accommodation, and meal expenses are covered by the company)
