Functie

• Act as the main data specialist for the Business Control team, driving automation and improving recurring processes and reports.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and tools using Python, SQL/VBA, and Tableau.
• Translate commercial and trading needs into reliable, scalable data solutions.
• Serve as the Tableau expert, enhancing visualizations and supporting effective dashboard use.
• Bridge Business Control and IT, ensuring business ideas become actionable data products.
• Identify inefficiencies and reduce manual work through sustainable automation.
• Support the team with advanced data questions and promote continuous improvement in analytics.

• A technically strong data professional with experience in Finance, Trading, or Supply Chain environments.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and VBA, with hands-on experience in Tableau and data visualization.
• Proactive, analytical, and driven to automate processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, commercially oriented environment with shifting priorities.
• Communicative, business oriented, and able to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Entrepreneurial in mindset, taking initiative and acting quickly-even in a non-sales position.
