Job description
As a Project Information Specialist you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of our information management framework across global development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that information standards, data structures, and documentation processes are correctly applied within our digital ecosystem - primarily through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
You will also provide training, guidance, and first-line support to project teams worldwide, helping them work efficiently and in compliance with our digital standards.

What will you do?
- Information Management & Governance
- Create and manage information standards, templates, and naming conventions in line with ISO 19650 principles.
- Oversee document control and ensure smooth information flow across design, construction, and handover phases.
- Manage user access, permissions, and project settings in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Support alignment between project information models and asset information management platforms.
- Training & Global Support
- Provide training and onboarding for project teams on ACC, digital processes, and information management standards.
- Conduct audits and visits to verify compliance with company protocols and identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as first-line support for project teams on digital tools, workflows, and standards.
- Develop and maintain manuals, best practice guides, and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project information management, BIM coordination, or digital construction.
- Strong Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar CDEs.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 and document/information management standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other European language is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Digital Twin development or lifecycle data management.
- Understanding of construction project management processes (design coordination, planning, quality management, handover, etc.).
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools for reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of asset management systems (e.g., IFS Ultimo or similar).
Please note that working from our Breda office is required 4 days / week.
