Job description
Contribute to the development of design systems, UI components and reusable styles
Ensure designs follow WCAG accessibility standards and follow inclusive best practice
Work closely with colleagues across design, development and account management to refine and finalise your work
Present your ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams (client presentations supported by senior team members)
Lead on creative concepts for website designs, UX solutions and digital assets, ensuring alignment with client brand direction
Requirements
Around 2+ years' experience in a digital design or UX/UI role
Strong proficiency in Figma plus good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
Portfolio demonstrating web/UI design, layout, typography and problem-solving
Understanding of responsive design and user flow principles
Awareness of accessibility requirements (WCAG) and interest in designing inclusively
Ability to manage your workload across multiple projects with good organisation
Positive communicator who enjoys collaborating with others
Open to feedback, with a desire to learn and grow
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Experience producing brand assets or marketing visuals
Familiarity with HTML/CSS (from a design understanding perspective)
Experience within education, training, charity, or public sector environments
An interest in prototyping, motion, or interaction design
