Job description

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of core infrastructure and lead cloud-first projects. You'll be the go-to escalation point for complex incidents, networking, and security, while delivering solutions across AWS and Microsoft 365 environments. This role combines deep troubleshooting expertise with project delivery and a strong focus on security-by-design., * Design and operate secure AWS environments (EC2, VPC, IAM, Load Balancing, Auto Scaling)

  • Implement Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD), including SSO and Conditional Access
  • Manage enterprise networking: VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, SD-WAN, and zero trust principles
  • Harden Windows Server and Active Directory environments
  • Support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
  • Deploy and maintain VoIP solutions and QoS for voice traffic
  • Own backup and disaster recovery strategies across on-prem and cloud
  • Act as L3 escalation for complex incidents and drive root cause analysis
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell and contribute to infrastructure-as-code initiatives

Requirements

Do you have experience in VoIP?, * 5+ years' experience in enterprise IT with L3 support and networking responsibilities

  • Expertise in AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM), Windows Server/AD, Intune/Entra ID
  • Strong networking and security skills (routing, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
  • Hands-on experience with VoIP deployments and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills

Desirable

  • AWS or Microsoft certifications
  • Networking/security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
