Job description

  • Conduct detailed analysis of Reward data to support strategy development.
  • Play a key role in the annual salary review process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports on gender pay gap and equal pay audits.
  • Conduct annual benchmarking exercises to inform role reference points.
  • Review and maintain Reward policies to align with industry standards.
  • Evaluate job roles and provide recommendations on appropriate reward packages.
  • Respond to Reward-related queries and provide expert advice.

Requirements

Our client is looking for a motivated and analytical Job Evaluation Analyst to join their Reward team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Reward and job evaluation, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets. They are seeking someone who can contribute to the development and delivery of Reward strategies, support salary reviews, benchmarking, and policy maintenance, and provide insightful recommendations on job roles and reward packages. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, engage effectively with stakeholders across the organisation, and help drive improvements in Reward processes while keeping up to date with external market trends., + Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Hay and WTW preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data analysis tools.

  • Strong time management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.

  • Interest in Reward and awareness of the external market. Desirable:

  • Experience using "R" or other analytical/statistical tools.

  • Experience in HR, Reward, or organisational design.
