Job description

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networking platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Create and deliver detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update and manage client licenses, ensuring system compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in HL7 and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of basic networking (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS).
  • Excellent communication skills.
