Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Technical support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Due to steady and continued expansion we are looking to add to our existing team and recruit an additional experienced 2nd/3rd line IT Support Analyst.
Ideally suited for someone with a genuine passion for IT looking for a new exciting role.
You should be familiar with the following technologies and able to advise clients on their IT roadmap with an emphasis on Cyber Security.
· Active Directory
· Office 365 Admin center/Sharepoint
· Azure
· macOS/Windows 10/Windows 11
· Backup & Business Continuity - Datto, storagecraft, and Veeam.
· Firewall, WAN, WAPs & Routers
· Various antivirus products
· Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), · Confident telephone manner
· Excellent Customer Service skills & experience
· Creating and growing relationships with customers
· A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
· Strong team player with excellent communication skills, * A-Level or equivalent (preferred), * Technical support: 3 years (required)

Based at our Central Reigate offices, with some ongoing work on client sites predominately in the South East.
Office hours:
8am - 4:30pm/ 9am- 5:30pm Monday- Friday.
Essential Experience requirements:
An IT related Degree or formal IT qualification (Microsoft, Cisco or CompTIA)
