Job description
- Provide 3rd line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Act as the final escalation point for the support team.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- Deliver technical guidance and training to the wider support team.
- Take ownership of incidents and drive them through to resolution.
- Offer on-site support at client locations when required.
- Research new technologies and solutions to improve systems and processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Microsoft Windows Server (2019, 2022)
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Intune/MDM
- Advanced troubleshooting of M365/Exchange, servers, storage (NAS/cloud), and networking (VLANs, routing)
- Antivirus and security solutions (e.g., Windows Defender)
- Strong hardware/software problem-solving skills
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years in a 2nd/3rd line support role
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience producing high-quality technical documentation
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
