Job description

  • Provide 3rd line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Act as the final escalation point for the support team.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
  • Deliver technical guidance and training to the wider support team.
  • Take ownership of incidents and drive them through to resolution.
  • Offer on-site support at client locations when required.
  • Research new technologies and solutions to improve systems and processes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Microsoft Windows Server (2019, 2022)

  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Intune/MDM
  • Advanced troubleshooting of M365/Exchange, servers, storage (NAS/cloud), and networking (VLANs, routing)
  • Antivirus and security solutions (e.g., Windows Defender)
  • Strong hardware/software problem-solving skills

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years in a 2nd/3rd line support role
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace and cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience producing high-quality technical documentation
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
