Join our fast-growing SaaS startup as an Implementation Graduate, where you'll be instrumental in onboarding new clients to our cloud-based ERP platform. You'll wear multiple hats, work directly with customers, and have significant impact on product development while helping businesses transform their operations.
What You'll Do
Customer Onboarding Lead implementation projects for new clients, guiding them from initial setup through go-live. Own the entire customer journey during implementation, ensuring rapid time-to-value and exceptional customer experience.
Product Configuration Configure our SaaS platform to meet diverse customer needs across different industries and business models. Become a power user of our system and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
Customer Success Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as their trusted advisor during implementation. Proactively identify risks and opportunities to ensure successful deployments and high customer satisfaction.
Process Optimisation Work closely with customers to map their existing processes and recommend best practices using our platform. Help clients reimagine their workflows to maximize the benefits of our solution.
Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to communicate customer needs and influence product roadmap. Contribute to internal processes and documentation as we scale our operations.
Data Migration & Integration Support customers in migrating data from legacy systems and setting up integrations with third-party applications. Ensure data accuracy and system connectivity for seamless operations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SaaS?, Background Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field. Passion for technology and helping businesses succeed. Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or technology implementation is a plus.
Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with ability to learn complex systems quickly. Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment.
Mindset Entrepreneurial spirit with willingness to take ownership and initiative. Customer-obsessed approach with genuine interest in solving business problems. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Technical Aptitude Comfortable working with web-based applications and APIs. Basic understanding of business processes like accounting, inventory management, or CRM. Ability to quickly master new software platforms.
