You will act as the bridge between the client and the wider technical team, all while expanding your own skills and exposure to the world of MSPs. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Be the front-line hero for customer IT support queries via phone and email

Log, track, and resolve cases using the ITSM tool

Work with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, virtualisation, backups & more

Assist in developing knowledge base articles and internal support documentation

Requirements
You are someone who has already dipped your toes into IT support-maybe in a helpdesk or internal IT role-and you are now ready to take the next step into the MSP world. You will be passionate about tech, thrive under pressure, and love helping people solve problems. What You'll Bring:
- 1+ year of IT support experience
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering great customer service
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to learn and grow
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking basics
- A full UK driving license and your own transport (location not accessible by public transport)
