Job description
For a client of Eswelt, we are currently seeking an experienced freelance SAP GTS Consultant with strong knowledge of Dutch customs processes . You will support an S/4HANA-driven transformation, focusing on Global Trade Services, document management transitions, and reporting capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, advise on best-practice customs handling, and ensure compliant, efficient trade processes within the new S/4 landscape.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as SAP GTS Consultant, ideally within Dutch customs and compliance
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP GTS modules (Customs, Compliance, Trade Preference)
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA transformations
- Experience with DMS to S/4 document management transitions
- Skilled in MS Reporting (eg, Power BI, Excel Reporting, or similar environments)
- Strong soft skills,excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Able to work autonomously, take ownership, and provide proactive guidance
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
Details Start Date: January 1st, 2026 Duration: 6-12 months (with option to extend) Workload: 24-40 hours per week Location: Netherlands-based/remote
