Job description
A large-scale Corporate Services Modernisation Programme is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning and RAIDS Manager to lead programme planning, scheduling and RAID management across a complex, multi-workstream Oracle Fusion implementation. The role will ensure high-quality integrated planning, alignment across MSP and JIRA, and effective management of cross-workstream dependencies, risks and schedule impacts., * Build and maintain detailed workstream plans aligned to the integrated programme plan.
- Produce weekly progress reporting, highlighting schedule changes and delivery impacts.
- Lead RAID management, ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are accurately reflected and escalated.
- Deliver schedule impact assessments as part of change control and governance.
- Maintain alignment between MSP and JIRA, including plan-on-a-page outputs.
- Apply consistent forecasting and estimating methods to support accurate progress reporting.
- Provide expert planning guidance and drive continuous improvement of planning processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in major ERP transformations, including 5+ years in large (£25m+) Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes.
- Strong MSP planning capability, able to build schedules from scratch and align with JIRA structures.
- Proven RAID management experience in complex, multi-supplier environments.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience producing governance-level documentation.
- Able to work independently under pressure, managing complex stakeholder demands.
- Highly proficient in MS Project, JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
