Job description
- Ongoing system development in close coordination with internal stakeholders and the group-wide Learning Team
- Automation of workflows to increase efficiency and optimize processes
- Change and incident management, including error analysis and solution finding
- International coordination with Power Users and stakeholders in various countries
- Execution of system tests, updates, and audits
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for system processes and configurations
- Planning and conducting training sessions for internal user groups
- Collaboration with external service providers and Docebo support to resolve technical challenges
- Continuous personal development in working with Docebo and related technologies, * Finding effective solutions: You aim for simple feasible solutions. You ensure the efficient use of your team′s resources
- Strengthening ownership: You delegate tasks and motivate your team to act independently. You create the framework and provide the necessary freedom to enable this
Requirements
- Completed education or degree in IT, media informatics, or a comparable field
- Experience in administering Learning Management Systems, ideally Docebo
- Knowledge of automation, API integration, SCORM/xAPI, HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience with Change/Incident Management processes
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for international collaboration
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent English skills; German appreciated
