Job description

  • Monitor and maintain the HR digital ecosystem to ensure stability and performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HRIS support and troubleshooting.
  • Execute operational tasks such as monthly reporting and data quality checks.
  • Implement solutions to reduce manual workload across HR teams.
  • Ensure the run and maintenance of HR IT systems, including Workday and related tools.
  • Maintain and monitor automated jobs and reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage and optimize HR-related data flows and database structures.
  • Document HRIS procedures, workflows, and technical configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, including AI, and contribute to the team's technological watch.

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated Junior HRIS Environment & Support Specialist to join our HR Digital Transformation team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT foundation and a passion for supporting and improving HR systems. You will be trained in Workday and other technologies, and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our HR digital ecosystem.

You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team driving digital transformation in HR. The team vision is to enhance collaborators' experience, achieve greater efficiency, and minimize risks., * Master's degree or Engineering degree in Information Technology or related field.

  • More than 2 years of professional experience in IT or HRIS support.
  • Excellent command of scripting (CMD batches) and Office 365 (particularly Excel)
  • Good command of Windows Server administration
  • Strong Interest in technological innovation and awareness of AI trends
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with change and continuous learning
  • Autonomous and well-organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent in French and a good working level of English
