This role, based at our Headquarter in Zürich- West, is critical in helping all internal teams unlock efficiency potential, enhance decision-making, and embed AI into daily workflows- start date as soon as possible. (Hybrid work is a given)
You will focus on identifying impactful use cases, embedding AI technically into how we work, train internal teams, and helping us become a Customer Zero reference for Microsoft., * Collaborate with departments to identify, document, and technically implement high-impact AI use cases across the organization
- Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training sessions tailored to various teams and roles
- Track usage metrics, adoption rates, and report on AI usage impact across the organization
- Lead internal communication and support efforts to guide teams through the cultural and operational shift toward AI adoption
- Ensure responsible use of AI aligned with company policies, data security, and compliance standards, * The opportunity to work closely with C-level leadership in a high-impact role

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and proactive, qualified candidate to drive group-wide adoption of Microsoft AI stack and other AI tools, ensuring we stay at the forefront of AI-driven productivity., * Proven experience in overall digital transformation, or AI technology adoption/ integration roles - with focus best practice across all departments
- Deep expertise of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft AI stack including Microsoft Azure AI & Cognitive Services
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and GPT/LLM integration, including conversational AI solutions
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing use cases with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio for custom pilots and workflow orchestration
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for citizen AI and automation
- Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, ethical AI use, and responsible AI principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have
- AI & ML Skills: Experience with full model lifecycle, including feature engineering, data preprocessing, evaluation, AutoML/low-code AI, A/B testing, experimentation, benchmarking, and work with generative AI/LLMs
- Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning: Advanced prompt design, optimization, context management, template-based prompting, integrating external knowledge, dataset preparation, Azure OpenAI fine-tuning workflows, hyperparameter tuning, and version control for prompts and experiments
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, custom model deployment, API management, and responsible AI/bias mitigation
