What You'll Bring * 6-8

years of experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects, preferably in top consulting firms. * Strong methodological background with knowledge of SAP rollout procedures (SAP ASAP, Agile@SAP, SAP Activate). * Familiarity with SAP tools like Solution Manager, Release Management, and modern CD/CI environments (e.g., Jenkins). * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and relevant business solutions for large transformation projects. * Understanding of hosting options for SAP S/4HANA (on-premise, cloud, RISE, Grow with SAP). * Knowledge of modern, data-driven architectures and integration of SAP modules (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, etc.). * Awareness of SAP innovations like SAP BDC, SAP Business AI, and SAP BTI Services. * Deep understanding of SAP Data & Analytics portfolio. * Experience managing decision processes at organizational levels. * Ability to align teams and organizations towards common goals. * Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and results-oriented skills. * Fluency in Spanish and English. * Degree in a STEM or business management field with strong academic performance.
