Signa Sports United is looking for an experienced Web Designer, to support the team in the development of responsive web apps and in some of our innovation projects.
As our new Web Designer you will create the look, layout, feel, functionality and features of all the websites and apps we are developing for our Tennis vertical. You will work on developing new products and enhancing our existing ones.
You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to develop the specifications and make the adjustments in said products. Some examples of your daily tasks:
- Collaborate with the product team to agree on the design of a new user interfaces
- Provide thought-leadership on Web Design best practices and next-generation trends
- Maintain robust guidelines for all our customer-facing products. Work closely with the engineering team to help them make the interfaces a reality
Requirements
- A strong visual portfolio
- Proficiency in graphic design software required to deliver graphic prototypes that will be implemented by the engineering team. Figma, Adobe XD or similar is a must
- Excellent visual design skills
- Creativity and being open to new ideas
- Experience with web and mobile user experience optimization
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Verbal English skills (we work in English!)
Nice to have
- Interest towards sports and Tennis
- Experience with CSS or other markup languages
- Ability to design with accessibility in mind
- Experience working with Agile development processes
