In this role, you will be responsible for redesigning, testing, and implementing the payment structures that motivate and reward our riders worldwide. By blending deep data analysis and data modeling with creative problem-solving, your work will ensure our logistics network is efficient, scalable, and fair for our riders. - Dive deep into massive datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities. Your insights will be the foundation for optimizing our entire operational investment.
- Own the experimentation process to validate your ideas. You will design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, switchback tests) to precisely measure the impact of payment structure changes before a global rollout.
- Continuously monitor the performance of your strategies. You will track KPIs, assess the effectiveness of your changes, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Understand and address local and regional needs by stepping into the shoes of the riders and truly understanding their perspective.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You are comfortable breaking down ambiguous, complex problems into manageable steps and driving towards a clear solution.
- Nice to have experience with experimentation. Designing and/or analyzing A/B tests or other statistical testing methodologies to measure impact.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance environment, dealing with ambiguity while maintaining a positive mindset.
- You can clearly and concisely explain complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English is a must.
- You are organized, take ownership of your work, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
