Job description
Monitor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous service improvement. Maintain and update technical and functional documentation related to IAM/PAM operations. Analyze ITSM metrics and performance indicators to inform management decisions. Technical Expertise (CyberArk & SailPoint) Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for CyberArk and SailPoint IdentityIQ, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and change implementation. Manage change requests and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to implement corrective actions aligned with cybersecurity policies and ITIL standards. Support account provisioning, privileged access, and integration issues across Active Directory and cloud environments. Cloud Transition & Automation Participate in the integration and orchestration of CyberArk, SailPoint, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID systems. Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate, or similar
Requirements

Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure alignment with global IAM strategy and cloud adoption. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in IAM / PAM operations and cloud transition projects. ~ Strong expertise in CyberArk (architecture, configuration, troubleshooting) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (lifecycle management, workflows, certifications). ~ Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and IAM integrations. ~ Experience with ITIL Service Management (incident, problem, change). ~ Strong technical skills in PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate, and Power BI. ~ Excellent communication skills in English; French is an advantage. ~ Personalized Growth: We help you build a training and certification plan aligned with your professional goals through our SquadeXpérience.
