Job description

What you would do as our Systems QA and Integrations Engineer As a System QA and Integrations Engineer for the Marine Business Area, "you will actively take part in the evaluation and implementation of necessary tools and frameworks to ensure Marine products and services are delivered with a high quality. You will support the organization with new ideas and ways to improve existing systems and processes, engage in helping a diverse group of people reach goals where everyone is contributing. Candidate needs to be based in the Barcelona area, and some travels might be required since our offices are global and the main R&D site is in Landskrona, Sweden, but the rate of travel is generally very low.

You would also:

  • Assure quality of the Marine specific API's products and platform.
  • Develop and maintain test frameworks and tools, ensuring the deliveries are stable and well tested.
  • Work closely with other functions within Marine as well as ASSA ABLOY in general to fulfill the task and actions required by the organization.
  • Work closely with customers to aid their integration work to our API's.
  • Train the Marine Tech Organization as well as key customers on relevant new features and functions.

Requirements

  • Has previous experience working in similar positions, with a bachelor's or master's degree in relevant disciplines (e.g. data science).
  • Knows Python, Postman and relevant DevOps methods and tools.
  • Is experienced with Linux and virtual machines, Docker, GitLab.
  • Knows Kubernetes, containerized applications, OpenID Connect, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Speaks fluent English and Spanish.
