Requirements
Monitor service quality and ensure alignment with business impact KPIs * Oversee risk management and ensure audit readiness of applications * Collaborate cross-functionally to launch innovative technologies at scale Essential Requirements * Proven experience in IT project delivery and operations within a complex business environment * Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with regional and senior stakeholders * Demonstrated expertise in project and service delivery management * Solid understanding of risk management, planning, and performance tracking * Proficiency in managing budgets and aligning solutions with business goals * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Desirable: Preferred experience operating in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly highly regulated environment.
