Job description

Looking to take full ownership of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform within a fast-paced professional services group? Reporting into the CTO (with a dotted line to the CFO), this is an exciting opportunity to drive adoption, engagement, and system optimisation across Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership teams., Take charge of the Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with real business needs while driving adoption across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive CRM adoption and user engagement across all teams.
  • Lead onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing training tailored by role and function.
  • Embed a continuous feedback loop to iterate the CRM based on user needs.
  • Own the Product Roadmap and act as Product Owner: gather requirements, manage backlog, and prioritise features.
  • Scope and spec features based on real user workflows and pain points.
  • Liaise with internal developers and third-party tech partners to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience implementing and scaling Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a commercial, professional services environment.
  • Strong track record of driving behavioural change and tech adoption in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Deep understanding of how leadership, consulting, or talent businesses operate.
  • A hands-on, floor-walking approach, comfortable working with both end-users and executives.
  • Skilled in translating business processes into CRM specifications and delivering through Agile teams.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, governance, and change enablement.
