Job description

We are looking for an on-site L1/L2 IT Support Network Engineer to provide technical support at our client's in Austria. This role is ideal for professionals who can deliver reliable, high-quality support while collaborating with local and global IT teams., * Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Troubleshoot software, hardware, and basic network connectivity issues
Support user setups, meeting room equipment, and access requests
Coordinate with remote/global IT teams for escalations
Maintain documentation and update tickets via ITSM tools
Assist with hardware installations and basic server room tasks (as needed)
Drive installation/replacement
Server installation/replacement
Rack & Stack / Rack installation (including new racks with new servers and drives)
Server configuration and setup
Firewall, switch, battery, and router installation/replacement
Windows migration, installation of drives, printers, and related components
