Job description
- Deliver on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and basic network connectivity issues
- Assist with user setups, meeting room equipment, and access-related requests
- Collaborate with remote/global IT teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and update service tickets in ITSM tools
- Support hardware installations and perform basic server room tasks as required
- Perform drive installations and replacements
- Handle server installations and replacements
- Conduct Rack & Stack activities, including installation of new racks, servers, and drives
- Configure and set up servers
- Install or replace firewalls, switches, batteries, and routers
- Carry out Windows migrations and install drives, printers, and related components
Requirements
Do you have experience in TCP/IP?, * Previous experience in L1 IT Support
- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Valid work permit is mandatory
- Dependable, customer-focused, and capable of working independently
