Job description

We are hiring a UA Manager (Apps) to own the performance across the different paid and organic acquisition channels (ASA/ASO). This role requires collaboration with product and dev team to refine and optimize conversion events signals in order to implement advanced bidding strategies., * Paid Growth & Profitability: Launching from scratch new paid marketing channels to deliver high-end performance while driving results month after month.*

  • ASO & Organic: Own the ASO roadmap and strategy, creating close collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Channel Management: Design, launch, and scale Meta campaigns; build/optimize deep-linked Google Search campaigns; and pilot new channels like Apple Search Ads (ASA).
  • KPIs performance and monitoring: monitor and report CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, payback), driving decisions from actionable insights.
  • Creative testing & strategy: implement creative strategies collaboratively with the marketing and design teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in consumer subscription apps only.
  • Paid marketing channels experience: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads. Experience with other platforms is a big plus.
  • ASO & growth proven experience.
  • Going to market: Must have experience launching new apps from scratch and across multiple marketing channels. Monitoring and reporting main performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV:CAC, payback).
  • Deep technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ATT/SKAdNetwork and Google Search Ads.
  • Strong measurement knowledge and experience: Proficiency with an MMP and experience building actionable dashboards to drive decisions based on cohort/LTV data.
  • Data driven mindset and comfortable in fast-pacing environments with strong business challenges.
  • Location: Based in Barcelona (hybrid).
  • RevenueCat and Firebase experience. Bigquery experience is nice-to-have.
