Were now looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee Non-Live workflows at the FIFA World Cup 26 supporting HBS Production Federation teams and Media Partners in delivering world-class broadcast operations.

Your Responsibilities

• CoordinatethesetupanddeliveryofingesteditingmediamanagementanddistributionfacilitiesattheNon-LiveHubinLondon.
• Manageschedulesmilestonesandreportingtoensurefulloperationalreadinessaheadofmatchdayoperations.
• Serveasthetechnicalandoperationalshiftleadforingestanddistributionduringlivematchdaysandceremonies.
• Supportrecruitmentonboardingandmanagementoftechnicalstaffensuringworkflowsareconsistentlyfollowed.
• CollaboratewithHBSteamsITandsupplierstoresolveissuesundertime-criticalconditions.
• MaintainandimproveworkflowdocumentationSOPsandoperationalrecords;leadpost-eventreviews.

• 5yearsexperienceinprogramprojectorproductmanagementinbroadcastpost-productionormediaoperations.
• Strongunderstandingofdigitalproductionworkflowsingesteditingassetmanagementanddistribution.
• ProficientwithAdobeCreativeCloud(PremiereAfterEffectsIllustrator)andworkfloworchestrationtools().
• Experiencewithstorageandmediamanagementsystemstranscodeworkflowsandlarge-scalefiletransfer.
• Skilledatmanagingmultipleprioritiesinfast-pacedhigh-pressureenvironments.
• Strongcommunicatorwithexperienceworkingacrossbroadcastersserviceprovidersormajoreventorganisations.
