Job description
As the Application Implementation Specialist responsible for Patch OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), you will understand our worldwide customers' performance monitoring requirements and translate them into the configuration of the software. You will coordinate the entire customer journey lifecycle. As the product expert you will deliver in-depth product expertise to both internal and external (customer facing) stakeholders., * Provide ongoing customer support within our support service desk functions.
- Meet with the customer to understand their business requirements, pain points, and processes.
- Master the product - be able to understand customer requirements.
- Drive Train the Trainer sessions to train customer teams on the technology as part of the project hand over.
- Translate business requirements into projects, apply industries' best practices proactively and be able to connect the dots for the customer as to how the software configuration will address their specific needs. Typically, you will coordinate multiple projects (4-6) simultaneously, averaging 8-10 weeks of duration per project.
- Demonstrate to and train customer users to ensure that the solution we've configured is the right fit.
- Communicate/document progress updates to relevant parties.
- Within the product specialist area, you should perfectly understand the new functionalities that a customer will use. While the in-house development team develops, you will go through the test scenarios of our customers to master the functionalities and support the development team based on customer feedback.
- Drive functional product development / product roadmap review sessions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain?, * 1-5 years of experience in software implementation / IT application support preferably within B2B SaaS environment. Experience with manufacturing productivity software within F&B industry will be a huge advantage.
- Strong consulting skills - you should be comfortable speaking to a client professionally, ensuring follow-up, and staying calm in stressful situations. Previous Customer Support experience is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn - you need to be a self-starter and self-learner in this role. You will have support but might be out of your comfort zone sometimes.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel. Occasional trips to customers, also abroad, will be part of this role.
- Analytical and solution oriented. You quickly see the coherence in a complex set of information, you can come up with solutions and concepts that you can communicate clearly.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Good understanding of business operations.
